I am an employee

Toxic environment. Micromanagement, racists undertones from director. Untrusting of their employees, paranoid leader... Owners sit at home and watch the cameras 24/7 instead of helping their employees who are OUT OF RATIO. Mission statement does not match what is actually happening. They do not deliver quality education to the children, retention rates are horrible! Lots of unqualified “teachers” and Director who constantly yell and drink alcohol while working. No supplies given the teachers to perform their job...

Owner response : Hi! It’s very unfortunate and disheartening to read a review filled with such an abundance of untruth. However, we apologize for any experience that you’ve had that prompted these feelings about our program! Over The Hills has been a staple in the community since 2017 and will continue to impact the lives of our youth through our mission and purpose! We pride ourselves on our professionalism, customer service and consistency! We’re unwavering in ensuring that the children in the community that attend our program will have equal opportunity “regardless of their social class” and gain experiences that will build their knowledge and confidence! We also take pride in maintaining a clean and well equipped state of the art facility in which our families deserve! Our Management team consists of African American leaders that are talented, passionate, driven and dedicated to cultivating community and a positive environment for everyone that’s apart of the Over The Hills family. While our program has room for continuous growth as every great establishment does, the standards that have been set forth in the best interest of our students, staff and community leave no room for anything less than our best!! Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
