Smfh I fully understand people smoke weed "I used to" but when you work in childcare it's very unprofessional for a Director and two teachers to be right out side smoking and I have to tell my two year old that trying to walk up to the car to mind his business and they think it's funny and cute smfh I tried to speak to someone higher and only got a voicemail for the person
