I have used this provider for less than 6 months
I experienced emotional distress, this place is NOT equipped or qualified to handle a child with neurological delays. This center advertises as a "special needs" center and the owner claims that this is her expertise as she reassured me countless times that my son autistic non verbal son would be in a safe loving environment free of judgment and discrimination. Owner/staff has no training and they have o empathy for parents struggling to find safe care for their children that need extra love and attention. The owner is rude and aggressive and played on the emotions of the family mainly the mother and took full advantage. The owner created a hostile and almost violent work environment for the child and the Childs aide working directly. Aide and supervisor were made to be so uncomfortable by the owner that they quit the case on site which caused further problems for the family and paused the treatment for the child. workers are not trained and do not hold the proper documentation to be working in a childcare setting. My child was left intentionally out of a school trip that we were not made aware of or even given the opportunity to decline. At pick up time he was found in the building alone, staff was witnessed leaving the building and locking the door behind them, going to sit in the car and smoking a cigarette. Damir was left inside with no other staff and no other children because they were on a trip
