GOOD AFTERNOON! ALL PARENTS LOOKING FOR QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL CHILDCARE COME TO OVER THE HILLS CHILDCARE CENTER. MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN AT OVER THE HILLS SINCE INFANCY. MY CHILDREN ARE STILL THERE THEY ARE 4 AND 7 YEARS OLD. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE STAFF MEMBERS, OWNERS, OR ANY DIRECTOR THEY HAVE HAD AT THIS CENTER. I LOVE OVER THE HILLS AND I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS CENTER. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE FOR SIX YEARS. AND I AM HOPING FOR THEM TO BE THERE FOR YEARS.
Toxic environment. Micromanagement, racists undertones from director. Untrusting of their employees, paranoid leader... Owners sit at home and watch the cameras 24/7 instead of helping their employees who are OUT OF RATIO. Mission statement does not match what is actually happening. They do not deliver quality education to the children, retention rates are horrible! Lots of unqualified “teachers” and Director who constantly yell and drink alcohol while working. No supplies given the teachers to perform their job...
