I am an employee at Specialty Care Learning Center. I was there the day this man came to the daycare very upset, screaming, yelling and acting as if he was drunk/high. All because he was told the children could not return until payment was paid.
Lie #1 We called the police because Mr. Hall was making threats not him. Lie #2 Ms. Ebony is not the owner or Director lie #3 he didn’t remove the children from care the family was asked to leave due to nonpayment. We have been nothing but nice to these people and understood their situation and tried to help them as much as we could.
Sam Hall is looking for a come up from Specialty Care. The last thing he shouted before leaving was “I’m suing and calling the state”.
Please know the facts before believing this fool!
I’m not sure what Sam Hall is talking about. My children have been in this daycare over 5 years. Specialty Care Learning Center has nothing to do with Little Scholars Learning Center. He sounds like an upset individual making up rumors.
Ebony and her husband has been exactly to all my children. It’s a shame someone can just come on this website and make up lies.
This is the wores daycare in west Philadelphia on cobbs creek 701 speciality day care ran by unprofessional staff and her husband..The inside have roof leaks and plumbing problems and it smells bad.Had my two children in that day care less than a month and had to pull them out today.The director name is ebony she has her husband working the place my kids had 5 reports of being hurt by other kids twice in one wk and 3 different other times.They do not have certified staff working with them children..Everytime i picked my kids up they look a mess wet pampers stains on there clothes my son got a rash from them leaving the pampers on him to long he only 1 yrs old .They even got sick in that building I even had to call the police to come to the day care they didn't want or should i say her husband didnt even want to give me my son bag with his medicine and clothes when i said i was taken my children out of that day care.I had to call the police and make a report and I have a law suit coming.Keep your kids out of this day care the director name is ebony and she let her husband deal with the kids and run the place this guy is unprofessional and probably not qualified to even work with children or even work in daycare.This daycare that's under this lady always changing name to one day care to another daycare the last known one to me was called (little scholars)and a few other names after that before it was closed down then she moved on cobbs creek and called this daycare (speciality daycare) different name same director with the bs.The last day care little scholars had a 3 star rateing.Keep your little ones away.I will post law suit papers on here soon so people no to stay away from this lady and her husband and Daycare.
