Description: St. Cyprian Children’s Center (also known as 3 C’s) aim’s to provide efficient, affordable pre school services in a warm nurturing environment. Our pre-school population consists of children from families in West Philadelphia, Upper Darby, Yeadon, and other regional neighboring communities. In addition to meeting the standard requirements of the state of Pennsylvania, St. Cyprian Children’s Center is a participant in the Pennsylvania Stars Program and offers a variety of activities designed to meet the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, language and spiritual development of children ages two and a half to five years old.
