Findings: This Licensing Specialist on site to conduct an investigation regarding a complaint that came in alleging that the outside of the home looks as though a" hoarder" lives there and there is a "bunch of junk" in the yard. The back yard of the home is already off limits. There were hazards observed in the front yard: broken wooden ladder, lawn mower, and lawn fertilizer. There are two cars that are stored on the driveway but they do not pose a danger to the children. The provider was advised to remove the hazards as soon as possible but no later than 30 days and to send a letter of corrections to OCC.
