| Findings: The Licensing Specialists inspected the outdoor play area. There was a small burning barrel located in the backyard that the children could access. This burning barrel is a distance away from the actual play equipment. Located in this barrel were ashes and burnt pieces of wood. There were jagged areas on various areas of the barrel and there was a jagged hole located at the bottom of the barrel. Theses areas of the barrel could result in injury if accessed by the children.
