Findings: The hot water exceeded 120 degrees. The hot water was tested with a stated issued thermometer and it registered at approximately 125 degrees. The provider stated she tested the hot water this morning and it registered a bit higher than when the specialist tested it. She indicated a plumber was coming to her home today to inspect the hot water heater to ensure the temperature gauge is working properly. Please submit a letter of correction indicating the water has been tested and is at 120 degrees or less. The hot water must remain at 120 degrees or less.
