Findings: The provider was not present today and had her substitute in charge of care today. The substitute did not have access to the children's records, but does have all the parents' and emergency contacts' numbers in his phone. Provider is advised that the substitute needs to have access to the children's emergency forms, even if he has the information stored on his phone.
2022-03-11 Mandatory Review 13A.15.05.06A Corrected
Findings: The provider is registered for 8 total children with 4 being infants. There were only 4 cots in the daycare area. The substitute indicated that there are no infants enrolled currently, so the pack and plays and the other 4 cots were in storage. The provider is advised that the rest furnishings need to be accessible at all times.
2022-03-11 Mandatory Review 13A.15.06.02D(2) Open
Findings: The additional adult's first aid and CPR certification expired in August 2021. Although there are no infants currently in care, this certification must be maintained at all times.
