Findings: During a review of children's records, it was revealed that three year olds NL & KD, as well as, four year old KK have no evidence of having had any blood lead testing. In terms of immunizations, it was found that NS did not have a HIB vaccination after one year of age and JB needs another MMR vaccination according to his age and the requirements for children enrolled in child care programs.
