| Findings: Located in the upstairs bathroom were numerous toiletries that were in reach of a child. This is a reminder to the provider, that toiletries or any other hazardous item needs to be kept out of reach at all times to prevent any possible dangers associated with these products. The provider put away most of these products during the inspection. On the letter of correction, acknowledge that all potentially hazardous items have been placed out of reach. | |||
