Findings: At the time of the inspection, there were two infants in care. The provider's registration shows approval for one infant. The provider stated she purchased a used pack n play and thought she had sent pictures to the Licensing Specialist for review in order to receive an increase in her infant capacity. The Licensing Specialist observed two pack n plays and the model numbers were checked on both. The model number that was located on the used pack n play, is on the Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall list for pack n plays. The provider was informed that this pack n play, which was the Kolcraft, Travelin Tot brand can not be used. The provider stated she would immediately discard this pack n play and purchase another pack n play within 24 hours. The provider stated the 23 month old child that she has in care, does not currently sleep in this pack n play and sleeps on a mat. Therefore, the provider stated she was not currently utilizing this recalled pack n play. Please submit photographs of the new pack n play within 24 hours in order for the registration to be revised.
