Findings: During the training period of 11/01/2019 to 10/31/2020, the Provider only completed 9.5 hours out of the required 18 hours of training. Provider has since made up those hours and has completed 17 hours of the training. The provider still owes 3.5 additional hours of training. The provider will need to take the Working With Mixed Age Group training to fulfill the first year requirement. This training will count towards the 3.5 hours of training needed.
