I have used this provider for more than 6 months

this is the absolute worst place to send your kid they close randomly every other month for a week at a time even if u paid they have hit my child and left bruises on her i had to call dhs on the childcare center they don’t change her diaper at all and every time i picked her up they made me wait just to change her diaper so i didnt know but i knew cause i seen them and they just screwed me on the hours using covid still as an excuse two years later and I would love to leave my phone number so anything else you wanna know about this place you can ask me but i cant so just know don’t go here to determine ur decision on sending your child there just go on the BBB site and see what the reviews say about this business and I can guarantee you won’t ever take your child there. i hope the city shuts them down ASAP!!!

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

The Director is unprofessional, The staff never stay more then two weeks it’s always different staffs working. I’ve heard the director yelling at the children in the pre school class. The staff stays on they phone, they never in uniform. I would never recommend this Daycare to anyone.

Owner response : Upon reading your review- we can gather that you are either a disgruntled ex employee or relative of said employee. You have never enrolled a child in our program however you were able to state that we are always on our phones and always our of uniforms from a 10 minute tour. In addition, our Director is passionate about the children and the community that we serve and would never yell at a child. She has excessive experience working with young children and is herself a child advocate. Please leave honest reviews in the future. Thank you and stay well!

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
