This is an unproffesional child care center that should be investigated by the DPW. The children arent monitor as teachers are standing feets away from young children sitting and climbing on a brick wall ledge of the building. The cook is grabbing children by their arm and humilating them. Children arent sitting in wet and soil diapers all day. Nit fit to watch children
