This is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO SEND YOUR KIDS! READ THE REVIEWS FIRST, they are all consistent between the complaints of new hires and the people even around the school. The director acts like she loves the kids so much, it's the same scenario where a black person gets some power and then starts ruining the whole concept!
Kids are being allowed in this school that are biting, kicking and hitting not only the adults but the kids, that's not supposed to even be allowed! They're trying to hire people for the lowest payrates and the kids to be honest are not all bad, but you can there there's been no regulation between who is accepted and who is simply not safe to be there!
The director threatened a child to call DHS because his phone died and he was on his way home, he literally attends the school across the street, and she was that nasty to him telling him to never knock on the door again instead of just helping him and letting him use the phone to call HIS MOM.
I went for an in-person review or I guess you would call it a live interview where I watched 5 kids by myself for an hour, I was told to prepare lesson plans. I did great, the kids loved me, I was told I got high remarks and i would get a call the same day, I did not. I had to call and ask like hey do i have the job, the owner was out and never called me back. I called a second time, she picked up and said i was supposed to start my orientation on monday... how if you never even told me i was hired. She then lied and said she left me a voicemail, I checked and that was a lie. She said can you come in tomorrow, I said i might be able to but i dont have a babysitter o short notice, but i can try. She said if you cant make it, just call me in the morning, I said ok. The next day,my babysitter had a mishap (my mom) so I called in a timely manner to say I can't make it. She was out again, so I was told again she would call back. Mind you, I have a job currently, I told her during my interview I'll need coverage moving forward but I'm flexible and will make it work. I didn't receive a call back once again, so the next day (today) I called back to let her know I can start emailing her some paperwork today and come in later today if she needs me to. The director told me, after it's been almost a week of me being told I got the job and went shopping and Im already prepared to start that now IM NOT RELIABLE!
How do you give me the run around, not even give me the opportunity to get my foot in the door, then fire me for literally no reason. Please make it make sense.
She threatens everything with DHS, but there's kids I watched personally who need their parents spoken with about either really horrendous diaper rashes, or overly violent behavior or even just very disruptive behavior. How can the kids learn if their overstimulated, sitting in a highchair half the day because of behaviors or convenience, what about the other kids?
I would've been happy to help sort out the mess and build a bridge between what should be happening and what is happening but clearly the director doesn't want real whistle blowers and people who will speak up about wrong things they see... like the fact that the outside space is just grass and like three toys. I offered to literally buy a CANAPY because why are kids outside in this insane weather without even so much as shade, or even an appropriate amount of toys. I offered to bring in more toys and resources just because I have the knowledge, resources and connections to do so and yet I'm just a regular person and mom of two. I know when a daycare cares for the kids, and when they don't but this might be the first daycare that I have to make sure I speak up about!
PS: The reason you'll see any positive review is because the work environment between the teachers are pretty good, they all try to help each other at least to some extent. Aside from everything else being chaotic and the director being a bold-faced liar and literally telling me she jumps in staff faces xyz, I don't know what that was about but that's what she said to me.. the teachers I met, I can say were pretty good with the kids. Not the absolute most patient or always nice but a pretty good group of teachers in the classroom I was in. It's management, or the director I should say and how the place is ran. It's really sad.

I found out that this place molests children and has attempted to have kids kidnapped and the facility is full of mold and rodents.
I actually attended pee wee prep and I had a blast I still remember it 18 years later! This is a awesome place keep up the great work!?
