Noncompliance Area: During initial inspection on 22 JULY 2019, the certification rep. observed a couple areas in the outdoor play space that were unsafe for children to be near. The one area unsafe to children was the fire exit. The corner of the steps were sharp and at the head and eye level for smaller children. The other area unsafe to children was the corners of the outdoor play space. The fencing had screws that stuck out in those areas, also sharp at the head and eye level for children.
