She states her daughter's father arrived at the Gallery Place address and there was a verbal altercation. She states she didn't touch him but he filed an assault charge. She filed a Protective Order against him and he filed one against her two days later and she states the court threw out the Protective Orders. Provider is reminded that she must notify the Office of Child Care when there are any criminal charges on someone who has responsibility for supervising children.
