I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My daughter has been there since she was 2 1/2 and she's now 4. She had a few bad experiences at other centers. I'm limited due to daycare expense and not getting CCIS. This center was the best that she's experienced. Pros: Learning is on point and she's advanced for her age She loves her teachers. Can socialize well. Clean environment. Daily outings. Indoor play area. When I addressed problems to Director it was handled, ie, fired a problem teacher, after daughter had a deep scratch it didn't happen again. When teachers were rude to parents they changed behavior, when teacher had a cold and parent told director teacher was sent home. Cons:Staff doesn't encourage pop up visits. Child had a deep scratch that had to occur without teacher supervision. Teacher came to work sick. Tips: pop up communicate with teachers and director. Address problems directly with director.
I sent my 9 month old daughter to this daycare which was a bad choice. The daycare is so unorganized no communication at all . They didn't not take care of my Child she would come with scratches and they would always have a excuse and on top of that rashes from using other children's wipes that was not sensitive also they told me that they used wet paper towel to wipe her but never told me she needed wipes. They even mixed bottles up that had labels attracted. The teachers in the class sit around taking about personal business instead of watching they children. Even when I spoke on these horrible things they just laughed as if it wasn't serious didn't seem to care on bit . Only thing that was ever said was a fake " I'm sorry mom " then the same thing happen again For this to be my child's first daycare I hated the experience and wouldn't tell nobody about this daycare.
