Personal Touch Daycare Aug 13, 2023
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My children has been attending this daycare for a long time. They have a new director since last year and it’s been horrible. They want your money and are hardly open. They have been closed so much this year it makes no sense. I think they are closing when they feel like it. This summer alone they were closed a significant amount of times. Parents then have to find other means of care but they have no problem on Thursday sending you an invoice for their payment. Also the manner they talk to adults/parents in their messaging is insane. No professionalism at all!! They need a new director this one running it into the ground.
