Noncompliance Area: During time of inspecting, there were three stained and soiled stuff animals and one soiled soft doll in a pack n play occupied by a child playing in it.

Correction Required: Toys soiled by secretion or excretion shall be cleaned with soap and water, rinsed and sanitized before being used by a child.

Noncompliance Area: During time of inspection, the indoor play space was cluttered with other items (changing table, tables and chairs, buggy) that intruded on the children's ability to play in the space safely.

Correction Required: Outdoor or indoor play space shall be safe for large muscle activity.
