Your Child and Mine plan to stay in ratio by not accepting anymore children once we have maxed out of staff to child ratio. We have made changes with the owner and now use a ratio template form which is completed every hour by group supervisor.

Your Child and Mine has corrected violation 55 PA Code Chapter 3270.51 by meeting with staff employee Mr. Marquis Lewis. We followed Your Child and Mine handbook policies and presented him with a written final warning write up with a corrective action plan. In the corrective action plan it states he must take additional training on supervision and understanding staff to child ratio. The three training's he is responsible to take on Friday August 22, 2018 on Better Kid Care is Supervision: Counting Children, Supervision: Staff child Ratios and Supervision: Where Do I stand? We have personally stressed the importance of staying in ratio at all times and staying in compliance by the 3270 regulations.

The teacher was written up for having a mobile infant in a sleeping instrument. The teacher has knowledge and knows how to use infant mobile equipment. Apart of the write up was to take a training and set individual goals for each infant and display goals on lesson plan
