Today as I drove passed the facility at 3:05pm it was noted that one teacher was sitting in a yellow chair on the stage area while children were playing in other areas of the playground. Ms. Potts was observed standing in front of the teacher talking. As I entered the parking lot area a few minutes later teachers were observed huddled up underneath the shade tree and not positioned in all areas to adequately supervise the children.
