Description: We are a non-profit preschool ministry of the Cullowhee United Methodist Church intended to serve children with an emphasis on learning through play in a Christian environment. The school complies with NC health and safety standards.
The Preschool is overseen by the Church’s Preschool Committee. Dana Frady (506-1103) is the director. Sandy Railsback (h. 293-5624, c. 508-5764)is the teacher for the three-year-olds. Charla Weatherford (c. 506-7807) teaches the two-year-olds, Ellen Miller (h. 293-5624, c. 399-0017 ) teaches a four-year old class and Karen Partain (c. 399-1550) will teach a combination three and four-year-old class for the 2013-2014 school year.
The preschool year follows the Jackson County Public School calendar for holidays. The full day program is 8:15 a.m.- 2:45 p.m. After school care is available 2:45-5:15 p.m. Monday – Friday.
