The owners are very petty. They are not clear to their employees about responsibilities and discourage parents from enroll ing their children the following year if the parents have done something that the owners dislike. The owners also very opinionated about how children should be raised and have voiced their opinions to parents on many occasions. For volunteers that have been recommended based on a parent's recommendation and the family no longer attends the preschool the owners are very petty and ask that the volunteer leave and will look for excuses as to why they do not want the volunteer to be there. They do not keep a healthy atmosphere for children, the temperature stays at 60 or below and many children develop runny noses and colds. Steps and stairs do not have protective coverings over the edges to prevent injury. Adult workers and volunteers are not treated or paid well. There are little to no accommodations made for adult workers, such as chairs or even breaks.
