I made appointments and visited this daycare twice and talked with the director extensively about enrolling my child and was told there were several spots open due to having 12 children leave to start kindergarten recently. After the 2nd visit (on Tuesday) I tried to call several times the next day (Wednesday) to schedule a time to meet with the director to drop off the application and registration fee but kept getting a fax machine when I called. Was finally able to get through the next day (Thursday) and was told by assistant director that the director was out and I could not bring the application in that day but could bring it in the following day (Friday). I took the application in on Friday morning and paid my child's registration fee (again, the director was not there and I spoke to the assistant director). Several hours later I received a call from the assistant director telling me that she not sure that my child would be able to start the following Monday because she did not know if she had a spot open in that particular classroom. I explained to her that I had talked with the director (Mrs. Frazier) extensively about it and she was aware that my child's enrollment was for that classroom. The assistant director said she would get in touch with the director and get back with me by the end of business that day. I never heard back from either the director nor the assistant director. Monday morning when my child was suppose to start at the daycare, I called several times that morning to contact someone just to continuously receive a fax machine answering after several rings. I went into the daycare a 8am to talk to the director and hopefully drop my daughter off as planned only to be told by the assistant director that the director was AGAIN not there and that she had checked and confirmed with the director that they absolutely did not have an open spot for my child as I was told and she would not be able to attend.
