Small push pins were observed in a drawer less than five feet from the ground and accessible to children one year of age; these pins were placed into locked storage during the visit. In Space 3, jump ropes were observed stored in a cubby and were accessible to children. These were made inaccessible to children during the visit. Plastic weed block was observed emerging from the rubber mulch surfacing on the playground, creating a potential choking hazard. | |||
