The menu in Classroom 3 was for the current week, but listed that eh fruit served to children for breakfast would be sliced strawberries. The children in all classrooms were observed to be served oranges rather that strawberries with breakfast.

Minimum staff/child ratios and group sizes for the number and ages of children in care were not met. On 11/30/2023, staff members allowed 30 children, 3-year-old to 5-year-old, to play in a combined space on the playground. On 12/14/2023, staff members allowed 20 children, 3-year-old to 5-year-old, to play in a combined space on the playground. Based upon the center's license, the maximum group size, for a group including 3-year-old children, was 18 children.
