At the corners of the playground where the metal fencing meets, and at all gate junctions where the gate doors either connect with each other, or with the fencing itself, greater than ten (10) bolts, which secure the fencing were protruding inward from the gate, each measuring between one half inch and one inch in length beyond the nuts, presenting protrusion hazards. | |||

This was disposed of during the visit. In Spaces 5, 6, 8, and 9, individual pumps of hand sanitizer were observed stored less than five feet from the ground; this was corrected during the visit. In Space 5, a tube of hand lotion labeled Keep Out of Reach of Children with additional warnings was observed in a latched, but not locked cabinet. This was corrected during the visit. In Space 8, AA batteries were observed to be loose in an unlocked drawer accessible to children. Also in Space 8, three aerosol room scent sprays, four non-aerosol scents, and one essential oil, all labeled Keep Out of Reach of Children with additional warnings, were observed in unlocked storage. The teacher placed each of these items into locked storage during the visit. In Spaces 5 and 8, liquid plug-in scented room refreshers were observed greater than five feet above the ground, but in unlocked storage.
