I am an employee

An amazing place to work with people who love kids and supervisory staff who care about their employees. I saw a previous review that said that Roxann was "only out for the money" and not about her employees... which couldn't be further from the truth. I worked at Adventure time for about 5 months until my availability changed with school. Roxann was always there and fully for her employees. If we needed support or advice or any sort of help, she always made sure everyone was safe and taken care of. The kids were cared for and the staff were always supportive. I would recommend them both as an employer and as a place to send your children.

I am an employee

I worked there for 3 months. The owner Roxann is clearly only about the money not the children. she’s not about her employees AT ALL. I’ve called out twice because I thought I had covid & they got annoyed. Johnny & Melissa are honestly so nice & they care alot about the employees/children.

Yesterday I got admitted to the hospital & because I wasn’t feeling good at work. & was constantly going to the restroom to puke. & instead of the owner having some courtesy/ empathy to see if i’m ok or wishing me well, all she cared about was if i’m coming in on Friday ( today ) because they’re short staffed. I even had 2 drs notes saying I shouldn’t be working. I messaged her to update her that I was in the ER & I wouldn’t be able to work & she ignored me. This day care has so many things wrong with it, I would never bring my child here if I had a kid.

how do you “care” about children but want someone who isn’t in the right state to work with them? yeah. most definitely not.

Owner response : I really don’t understand the need to post on here but I’m sorry you feel this way but you can’t miss as many days as you did and keep a job. I think I was pretty lenient with as many times as you called off. No one can run a business without employees. So I hope you found something you liked good luck!
