The Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center primary service area includes Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler, Brooke and Hancock counties in West Virginia and Belmont, Monroe, Jefferson, Harrison and Washington counties in Ohio. Our team in Parkersburg provides West Virginia Birth to Three Early Intervention services and expanded its service area to include Pleasants, Wood, Wirt, Ritchie, Jackson, Roane and Calhoun counties.
