Please ready this review! I am a prior employee and you need to know what care your child is receiving at MOJ. My employment began at the end of September 2020 and I quit in October 2020, due to the treatment of the children at MOJ. I witnessed the following: the director, Treka, yelling at a child around 2 years old. While yelling at the child, she put her face up to the child's face and pointed her finger in the child's face, shaking the infant cribs (not rocking them), staff constantly calling the children "shameful", not getting assistance for extreme special needs children, staff laying over children during naps to force them to sleep, no supervision on the playground (the staff sit on the equipment and talking to each other). These are the responses that I got from Treka and the owner: regarding yelling at a child with their face in the child's face from Treka,"How else am I supposed to get them to listen. And I have a degree" and Ginny does it too" It ok to shake the cribs to get the babies to sleep and there is no concern for Shaking Baby Syndrome, there is nothing wrong with calling the kids shameful, not enough money to get a 1 on 1 for severe special needs children, no comment about laying over the children during naps and no comment about the playground. I did contact West Virginia Children's Service to report this abuse. However, I just recently saw a parent's review about the staff laying over a child during naps. Since, MOJ has cámaras in the room, I would suggest reviewing your child's day. Unfortunately, I don't believe the cameras have sound. If you suspect abuse, please contact
