Description: The Presbyterian Child Development Center (PCDC) opened its doors more than 40 years ago. From the start of developing PCDC the services provided were not specifically directed to the families of the church but for the entire community. The mission of PCDC is to provide childcare services to working-class families by caring for children from infants to 5 years of age during the daytime hours. There is also an afterschool program for elementary aged children, in addition to a summer care program.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

I went here as a child in the early 2000s. As far as I had researched, many of the staff are still employed. Needless to say, this establishment is horrific. I had dairy allergies and the leaders forced me to drink entire cups of milk at lunch until I threw up, and if I refused, I had to sit at the table until I finished. I would cry for my parents, I would be so afraid of the staff that I would fear to ask to use the restroom, I would sit in my own vomit covered clothes while the yelled at me and refused to call my parents. I would be bullied by other kids, would be beaten with blocks and had other toys thrown at me, and they didn't care unless I was bleeding. They don't care about cleanliness, development, or general children's wellbeing. I cried and begged never to go back. As a now 20 year old, all I have to say is if you value your child's happiness, never enroll them here. Save them from them from the trauma. I wish my parents would have sued them years ago.
