I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My son attended this center for the summer. It was immaculately clean even cleaner than the name brand one he attends now. It was beautiful and I found the staff friendly and friendlier than the name brand place he attends now. I really liked the place. I would have kept him there, but he complained about some kids bullying him. They isolated him because he was new and I noticed that a lot of the kids there were in something of a "click". The children who attend there have rich parents, its obvious from the cars outside, the parents themselves and the kids. I really liked the owner. She was really really nice. She is even open to price negotiation. She is smart and would respond promptly to questions.I was sad to remove my child. I could not even face them properly to explain why I removed him. I still prefer Lil Kidz castle. But I can not tolerate bullying. I also can not see how a center could force other kids to accept my son, especially if my son is a bit nerdy. So I decided to take him somewhere he would be able to find his level, socioeconomically and nerdily. Which I found. It took me a long time to like anyone at the new place. And I am still trying to like them, but most importantly, my son loves the other kids. And thats what matters most. Ms Young, thank you for the opportunity to get to use your facility. I wish you prosperity and only the best. Ayinke.

This daycare center is dysfunctional. The staff will walk pass you and not speak and are very rude. They dont care about no ones child unless it is there own child. They really dont try to get to know their students. Everytime i go to the center they always have the other kids locked up while the staff is doing absolutely nothing. They wrestle and play around with eachother in which in return the kids do the same thing. This is a daycare for someone who just needs a place to drop off their kids and dont need any communication/feedback/progres from the staff. This daycare staff is far from friendly and welcoming (RUDE).

I absolutely love this place. the teachers are friendly, and are experts at childcare. I'm not sure about why the other reviews are so negative because my experience with this daycare is wonderful.

My grandaughther attends this establishment and I find the center to be okay. I have never felt as though she was unattended to or unobserved by staff/teachers.The staff have always been very kind and friendly and attentive when I pick her up.

This is the worst daycare I have ever had my child attend. They have been in business for about 6 years and still struggle to get their center together. They have endangered children by giving out Reeses peanut butter cups to children severely allergic to peanuts, at one of their events in their center. The staff is far from professional and class rooms are always being changed around. Teachers are always being switched around to different age groups. Dont expect any consistency from this center. I have seen teachers sleeping while dropping my children at the center. It is simply disgusting to know you are paying teachers to sleep while children are unattended. I beg any parent to stay away from this place. They have put childrens lives in DANGER serving peanut products. I have also witnessed a large jar of peanut butter about 3 feet away from childrens desks, easily in reach to allergic children. After the incident, a list of children and their allergies were later put on every wall at the parents request. After 6 years of service you would think this would be common practice??

I beg you parents not to send your children here.
