The below mentioned review is from a parent who's services were terminated after owing us a huge balance towards unpaid daycare Tution for her child. As the writer mentioned, if we have "wayyyy" too many children at our centers we are doing the right things to have that many enrollments ;)
Well, We are a licensed and accredited center serving the Owings Mills and Germantown community for over 8 years, all our locations are rated highly with MSDE and all our centers are MD Excel level 3 or higher. We have a good standing with better business bereau and offer an exceptional program at a very affordable price. The owner and director are very friendly and we pride on our company culture. I have been working for the company for over 4 years now and have also referred many friends and family to their centers. Please schedule a tour to one of our centers if you are looking for daycare to learn more about our program, facility and prices.
MSL is an awful Daycare. My two year old started there 7 months ago. I should have known something was wrong when the owner kept offering me all kinds of crazy discounts. That should have let me know they were desperate. And then I found out the menu they provided was a lie and the children were being feed 1 PIECE of French toast per child for breakfast. OR SMALL bowls of cereal, or ONE cereal bar (not together, this is separate on every other morning). Can you believe this??? How can they expect any child to be full off of that? And for lunch they were feeding them the same small crap and small portions of food. I was mortified. They have WWWAAAYYYY too many children and not enough teachers/Assistants. They lied to me about having a full curriculum, They Do not have licensed teachers like they told me. They have baby sitters. I popped up at the daycare several times, because I started having doubts about what was told to me and each time I found more problems. Like children being left behind alone indoors while the teacher was outside with other children. … They are a RIP OFF, simply want your money. They are not in it for the development of your children. I am extremely disappointed and will do my best to keep parents away from this horrible place. I hope the State shuts them down or makes them follow strict guidelines.
