Program has been removing old carpet throughout the building and replacing it with new flooring. Program will submit pictures of replaced baseboards upon completion. Program recently dismissed an employee that was not fulfilling its responsibilities for maintaining the kitchen and other cleaning duties as assigned. Program vacuumed the hallway of remnants of flooring that had been completed over the weekend that had not been thoroughly cleared out. LS observed cleaning products and trash bags throughout the center for staff to clean and replace linings in trash receptacles as necessary.
