I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The staff here are mean and say hurtful things to the children. Staff talk on their phones and constantly walk out of the building. They protect each other when caught doing something. They will not notify you if your child is sick or gotten hurt under their care. They do not give you daily reports. Extremely unprofessional.
