the teachers are neglegant, irresponsible, unprofessional and unreliable. staff talk on their cell phones while on duty and talking to parents, they are unsanitary; no use of gloves while preparing children's meals and bottles, there's cross contamination with bedding in infant classroom and storing toys and play chairs in cribs. the staff mishandles the children by wearing jewlery and long manicured press-on nails. my niece got hurt at this daycare after only being enrolled for two months and no incident report was taken by teacher. teachers in infant classroom do not properly change babies diapers, staff don't follow daycare hours teachers leave early and put children in the wrong age classrooms until parents arrive. also there was a recent fire at the center where staff misused stove and fire broke out.
