Findings: No Noncompliances Found
2021-07-14 Complaint 13A.15.08.03B Corrected
Findings: The complaint alleges the provider is the only adult present with the group when coming to the community pool. The provider has not taken another approved adult with her to the pool. She only has 3 children enrolled this summer. The regulation requiring the provider to have a second adult with her was reviewed. The provider will now have another person go with her to any water activities. Her approved substitute, SR, will accompany her today. We also discussed adding another substitute (release, CBC, medical and substitute form will be needed) or possible adding her spouse as a substitute (medical and substitute form are needed). The provider contacted her approved substitute via telephone today during the inspection and confirmed that SR can go to the pool with her this afternoon. The provider goes to the pool about 3 times per week and will ensure a second approved adult is present with her.
