Findings: In the kitchen, which is approved for child care, a box cutter was found in a drawer that could be easily accessible to children. Additionally, cleaning chemicals, to include spray Clorox, disinfectant wipes, dishwasher packets and a container of opened powder Comet, were found to be in an unsecured cabinet under the sink.
