I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The owner/ director is very u professional! They are all about the money while the quality of care is seriously lacking. No communication from the director and a high turnover with staff. Overpriced and not a quality early childhood center.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Unprofessional and unorganized. The owners are money hungry, and do not know anything about running a business or children. They are very deceitful and the turn over rate for students is as high as the turn over rates for teachers. Do not send your kids here. Do not work here.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I cannot in good conscious recommend this school to any working parents or single mothers. The organization within administration needs needs some serious reconstruction. And through my personal experience with the school I was very disappointed in the administration and their lack of communicating to me of their policies and procedures. On several occasions I came to the school expecting to drop my baby off and was met with confusion and disrespect. On one occasion I was told that my child would no longer be in the class she had been in for the last month, without notifying me prior to. When I asked why I was not informed I was nonchalantly told that my child passed the cut off point and was starting her first day in a new class, without having met her new teacher I felt very vulnerable and not well handled. One a second occasion I brought my child in the morning and was told she would not be able to eat her breakfast because we arrived after the cutoff time, another rule in which I was not informed about until I the day I arrived. I left with my child that day because I didn't want my child to have gone the whole morning without eating. On the last and final occasion I arrived there with my child before the cutoff time with her breakfast prepared, and before I could even get to the door of her classroom I was told the my subsidy which pays for her childcare could not find me in the system, although I knew that to be false because I myself had several face to face interviews with my case worker and watched as he inputted my information into the system and enrolled my child in the subsidy program. It was later discovered through conversation that she had the wrong subsidy office on file for my daughter and my information was in fact at another office, even though her error was discovered she still very rudely told me I could not let me child stay there that day until she got it cleared up. I asked why she hadn't informed me about this when she first found out and she told me because it was late that night and she was tired. So as a result of her carelessness and negligent attitude I had to miss a full days work. Had she informed me through the one of many lines of communication I gave her to contact me. I could have found another form of childcare for my daughter or contacted the subsidy office myself to make proper arrangement for my child so I would not have had to miss a full days work and possible face termination. The Director behaved in extreme immaturity which caused me grave inconvenience. I agreed to have her enrolled in this school because I believed them to be mature and reasonable but instead I was met with disrespect, negligence, and ridicule. I was told that I should be the one to make sure, my child ate breakfast before she came to daycare even though they have a breakfast program at the school which permits the children of parents like myself who have early schedules to either eat the breakfast the school provides or bring their own breakfast. I'm so disappointed in the lack of care presented by the Director herself, she was completely out of touch with her team of teachers as well as the front end administration of the school. I understand we all have stresses and conflicts in life, but to say that your exhaustion was probable cause for you not doing your job which in essence is the real purpose of daycare is completely unacceptable. I am a single mom, I'm tired all the time. It's just what comes with being a mother and a caretaker of children. If she cannot handle the stress that comes along with being the Director of a child care facility then maybe should either hire more help or out source her position to a more qualified person. Something needs to happen because. please consider what I have expressed before enrolling your child in this school I would hate for any other parent to go through what I experienced.
