The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights to the provider at the time of inspection. The fingerprint clearance cards for 13 of 13 staff members were verified to be valid, and 1 of 13 was determined to be not valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. There was one vehicle approved for transportation (CK19337). The following was discussed but not limited to: 1). Ensuring there is enough shade on the playground for all children. 2).
