Initial Comments: In the handwashing area between Rooms 130 and 135, there were numerous cleaning chemicals observed on a low shelf in the unlocked cabinet above the sink.

Initial Comments: In Room 108/109 (1 yr. olds), the diapering surface on the diaper changing station was observed to be worn with the bare wood exposed and there was a plastic wicker basket with gloves on the counter next to the diaper hand washing sink.

Initial Comments: The prescription medication for Child #5 was lacking a medication consent form, as required.

Initial Comments: On the Early Preschool and Garden outside activity areas, there was a piece of the chain link fencing loose and observed to be dangling from the top of the fence line to the ground. On the splash pad, there was a small wooden playhouse that had dry splintery wood on the edges of the roof. On the large Preschool playground, the east facing wooden siding on the storage shed was observed to be splintered and curling up along the bottom edges.
