| All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. I observed the outdoor Rubermaid cabinet door had come off the hinges and was not able to close properly. I observed rust on the picnic tables and rough edges.This item has been listed on multiple playground inspections last year and staff were told it would be remedied in the summer.
