| A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. Two light fixtures in Space 7 were burned out. Ms. Brinegar stated she had contacted someone to come fix the light fixtures. Ms. Brinegar stated she will call to remind him to come out again. The center will closed the week of Aug. 31st through Sept. 6, for painting and repairs. The top step to the changing table is cracked in Space 7, The outdoor gate on the infant side will not latch. It is too close together to latch. The gate to the outdoor paring lot on the grassy side of the building easily opens even when latched with a little push. The mats on the outside of the fence need to be removed and cleaned or disposed of. | |||
