To the left as you go outside to the playground, down to the white door and the edges are on the brick wall beside this door. | A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. On the outdoor area there was an open space in the brick wall larger enough for a child to crawl or slide through. There was lattice work missing from underneath the storage building that exceeded 3.5 inches. Three (3) of the four (4) classrooms monitored today had outlet covers missing. Two classrooms were correcting this during the visit today. One classroom did not have covers available during the visit. | |||
