It was observed that hazardous items were stored in an unlocked low cabinet in Space C. Clorox, Borax, Sta-Flo starch, Pinalen multipurpose cleaner, glass cleaner, Mean Green, Goo Be Gone, and Phenomenal Hospital Spray Cleaner were found in an unlocked cabinet. It was also observed that potting soil stating, 'Keep out of Reach of Children' was found on the porch that leads out to the playground. All items observed today were locked up during the visit. This violation was corrected during the visit. | |||
