| Menus for all meals and snacks were not current or posted where easily seen by parents and cook. The menus in the classrooms were June menus and July menus have not been posted. This violation was corrected during the visit today. | |||

| A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. The grass around the facility and on the outdoor playground needs mowing. There is a bush growing out of the fenced in AC area onto the playground. It was observed that there is a grate covering a drain on the preschool playground and the grate can easily be lifted off leaving an opening that can be harmful to children. The outdoor shade umbrella is not secured in the ground on one side. The trikes are rusting at the handles and other parts ot the tricycles. Standing water was observed in the playhouse sinks outside. There is a crack in the large crawl thru multi-colored cube. Weeds are growing around a pipe on the playground. It was observed that the paint around the windows at the second air conditioner on the playground is flaking and the paint around the windows is rusting. | |||
