The outdoor learning environment contained one metal dump truck which was observed to be rusting. In the bathroom accessed by children, a box of fabric softener dryer sheets, one gallon of bleach, a bottle of disinfectant spray, and a box of laundry detergent labeled Keep Out of Reach of Children with additional warnings were observed in stored greater than five feet from the ground, but not locked storage. In the space designated for child care, two individual sized bottles of hand sanitizer were observed greater than five feet up, but in unlocked storage. | |||
